Our Story

Decent Departmental Store was established in 2016 in the heart of Bandra West, Mumbai, with a simple mission: to provide genuine mobile phones and accessories at fair prices to the people of Mumbai.

What started as a small shop on Hill Road has grown into one of Bandra's most trusted destinations for mobile phones, accessories, memory cards, and covers. Our loyal customer base includes individual buyers, small retailers, and businesses who rely on us for quality products and honest dealings.

Located opposite the iconic St Peter Church on Hill Road, our store is easily accessible and serves customers from across Bandra and neighbouring areas including Khar, Santacruz, and Andheri.

Opened our doors at Shop No 1 & 2, Natraj Building, Hill Road, Bandra West. Started with a focus on mobile accessories and covers.

2018

Expanded to Smartphones

Added Android smartphones from Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, and other popular brands to our product lineup.

2020

Wholesale Distribution

Became an authorised distributor and supplier, serving small retailers across Mumbai with bulk orders.

2023
